We here at Bloom want you to love every piece you own and always feel comfortable shopping with us.  If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return.  We also know that sometimes a piece might need a couple adjustments in order to become your new favorite.  With some direction, we will work with you to make it perfect.  Please send all return inquiries to sales@jewelrybybloom.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Black Ties:  As with all hair elastics, this premium elastic will stretch to suit your needs. If however, your Black Tie is stretched to the breaking point within 30 days of purchase, please return all materials to Bloom Jewelry and we will be happy to replace your item.
