Do you have Free Shipping?

Bloom offers free USPS First Class shipping within the continental US. First Class mail typically takes 3-5 business days once shipped. Expedited USPS Priority Mail shipping option is also available for $10.95. Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 business days once shipped. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed. If you are looking for faster shipping please email us at sales@jewelrybybloom.com and we will work to meet your deadline.

How do Free Returns work?

Bloom offers free returns initiated within 7 days of receiving. The product must still have its product tags attached and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed minus shipping costs. Contact us here to initiate a return or exchange  
For the holidays we have temporarily extended our return and exchange window to January 15 for all orders purchased in November and December.

What is your lifetime guarantee?

All Bloom pieces come with a lifetime guarantee. We know life happens, We want you to wear your Bloom jewelry all the time. When it feels like it’s time to refresh, polish, untangle or repair we are here free of charge. Contact us at sales@jewelrybybloom.com  to initiate steps for complimentary lifetime care.

How long does it take to process my order?

Because each piece is made with love and to order, please allow 1 week for production time.

I don’t have PayPal how do I order online?

While PayPal is our main payment processor online, you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay. You can pay with your credit or debit card without a PayPal account.

Step by step instructions on how to checkout as PayPal Guest: Select “Proceed To PayPal”. Below the login section, there is a button that says “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. This will take you to a “PayPal Guest Checkout” option.
