Yep, we did it!  We took Bloom to NY City… and enjoyed every minute.  Our friends at Brand Assembly, that we already work with in Los Angeles and Dallas, decided to take on the Big Apple in 3 days.  It didn’t take us long to decide we were in with them.  And we’re so glad we did.  The show was beautiful, from the white walls & fixtures to the floor to ceiling windows giving 360’ views of the Manhattan skyline and rooftop patio. Not to mention, the gorgeous clothes we looked at for 3 days straight and never got bored thumbing through.  Lia Cohen, Donna Ida and Hunter Bell are all lines to keep an eye on for spring of next year.  Our NY buyers loved the new diamonds we added for holiday and Australian Moonstone and Labradorite in all its forms.  A little bit of rain didn’t dampen our spirits, and on one occasion, actually encouraged us to slow down and enjoy the moment (ducking for cover under one of Bryant Park’s outdoor bars- enjoying an afternoon rainstorm with a glass of wine in hand in the middle of NYC was quite spontaneous and fun!)  Do we even need to talk food?  Well, it is the food capital of the world.  We did our best to take advantage, eating Italian, Mexican, Peruvian, Ecuadorian, Spanish, Mediterranean, Japanese, and French, all within blocks of one another.  NY, we already miss you and can’t wait for the next adventure in February (brrr)!
