This enamel puffy heart charm has a solitaire diamond in the upper right. The diamond is set in oxidized sterling silver.  The charm is finished with Bloom’s signature handcrafted wrapping which is available in 14k gold filled (as shown) or sterling silver and a matching bail.  The charm chain bail allows for the pendant to easily slide on and off your favorite Bloom chain with no hassle.
