This necklace is a skull pendant with pave diamonds set in oxidized silver. The pendant is hand wrapped and moves freely on the delicate chain.  You can get the necklace with 14k gold filled or sterling silver chain and findings.

The necklace can be clasped at 16.75″ and 18.50″.
